Connect, share and learn

Our NEW online peer surgeries are designed to help you connect with other Chairs and Vice Chairs, share your experiences and learn from those who may be facing similar challenges and opportunities to you.

The surgeries will be led by a session leader, a fellow Chair or Vice Chair, who will begin by sharing their experience on a particular topic. There will then be opportunity for you to ask questions and share your experiences. The aim is not for the session leader to give you advice, but to create an environment where all those on the surgery can share their experiences, learn and support one another.

Mike Cashman, Chair of MK Money Lifeline, will lead this online peer surgery. Mike will share his experience of leading MK Money Lifeline through the definition of a new strategy, and will explain how MK Money Lifeline decided to identify and choose between a number of very different strategic options. He will invite attendees to reflect and discuss how they might approach (or have approached) such decisions.

Join the surgery to connect with 6 – 12 other Chairs face to face via video over the online platform, Zoom. Never used Zoom before? Do not worry! Following sign up we will send you a link to join the video call and instructions on how to use Zoom (e.g. how to check your sound and video are working).
