We’re pleased to announce the launch of a new series of webinars this summer. Chairing plus webinars will begin in August and are now open for booking.
Earlier this year, we launched our Chairing essentials webinar series, focused on topics which are key to successful chairing. Our new Chairing plus webinars will look at additional topics which Chairs tell us they would like to learn more about.
The new live, interactive webinars have been carefully developed following member feedback. They aim to equip Chairs with ideas for navigating challenging situations and performing their role effectively.
Feedback from Chairing essentials has been very positive so far. On our most recent webinar, Chairing essentials: chairing with confidence, 100% of participants said they would recommend the session to another Chair or Vice Chair.
One attendee commented: “The pandemic turned the world upside down for my charity and I felt that I was improvising at first. The webinar confirmed that my instinct was right and has helped me feel more confident.”
