To celebrate Trustees' Weeks 2019, we’re making our factsheet Working one-to-one, available to non-members.

As Chair, it’s important to get to know the unique individuals on your board and create conditions for them to thrive and contribute. Trustees have different motivations for getting involved and it’s worthwhile setting some time aside to get to know them individually.

Working one-to-one looks at how you can do this and the different stages of the Trustee Cycle, from recruiting trustees, to developing them, to them moving on.

As Trustees' Week has now ended, the factsheet has returned to the Members' Area.
