Self-care for Chairs - FREE guide

As Chair / Vice Chair of a charity, looking after yourself is important. The Association of Chairs exists to support anyone in a chairing role. Our resources, training and networking help Chairs to be more effective in their roles and to know where to turn when they need help.

To mark World Mental Health Day, we have temporarily removed the membership wall for our resource about self-care produced as part of our Beacon Programme for smaller charities. This guide has tips about finding sources of support as well as tips for looking after yourself day-to-day, not just when the going gets tough.
